At Signature Outdoor Living, we love seeing outdoor spaces turn into places people can truly enjoy. One recent example is this beautiful project completed for Lexington Prime by our parent company, New Haven Awning. The project included an Azenco R-Shade Insulated Roof Pergola with a bold black frame and Golden Oak Wood roof finish. Installed in July 2026, the finished pergola gives the restaurant a covered outdoor area with a clean, modern look that fits the building perfectly.
The color choice really makes this project stand out. The black frame has a sharp look against the brick building, while the Golden Oak Wood finish adds warmth overhead. More importantly, the Azenco R-Shade pergola provides solid overhead coverage with insulated roof panels. For restaurants and other commercial properties, that added shade can help turn an open patio into a more comfortable and useful space for guests.
A project like this one really showcases what New Haven Awning and Signature Outdoor Living can do for you in terms of your outdoor living space in Connecticut and the surrounding area. With decades of experience dealing with awnings, canopies, shade products, and commercial installs, along with Signature Outdoor Living’s emphasis on designing a fully integrated outdoor living space using items such as pergolas and outdoor living structures, we’re dedicated to helping you make the most of your outdoor space.
If you have been thinking about adding a pergola, patio cover, or outdoor shade system, this Lexington Prime project offers plenty of inspiration. A well-planned structure can add shade, style, and a whole new feel to an outdoor area.
